Elliot Eaton Elliot's vast experience and knowledge in foundry techniques, including high pressure, low pressure, Gravity Die and Sand casting, die and pattern design, are some of the elements that give Surecast a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw upon. Qualifications and training include mechanical/production engineering and metallurgy. Previous companies include Alumasc Plc and Perry Bar Metals. |

Richard Chandler Richard joined Surecast in 1981 on a toolmaking apprenticeship. By 1988 he had become Surecasts Production and Estimating Engineer and was responsible for designing die layouts, overseeing manufacture of dies and associated tooling, estimating and quotations. In 2007 Richard took over as Machine Shop manager, overseeing and ensuring the smooth transition of the machine shop to the new Chippenham facility. Richard is now responsible for the day to day management of the machine shop and its close-knit team of CNC operators. |

Colin Franklin Colin's extensive knowledge of the design, modification, testing and assembly of Surecast range of Centrifugal pumps for swimming pools, water supply, transfer, heating & ventilating systems, puts Surecast Alloys amongst the UK leading pump suppliers. Colin also manages the quality control of Surecast products and has responsibility for our ISO 9001 standards. |

Ian Cooper Ian joined us in 2008 and is enjoying the challenge at Surecast working with our diverse range of processes and materials. He brings with him over 30 years' experience working in all areas of the sand foundry industry, predominately at Aeromet a non-ferrous precision sand foundry supplying the Aerospace and Automotive industries, where he started out as an inspector moving to quality manager and then took over as manufacturing director running the Sittingbourne operation for over 10 years. |
