Available as direct or close coupled, Surecast Pumps can deliver heads up to 60m and flows rates up to 140L/s. Designed to conform with all British and International standards, they have been developed meet a range of conditions including Spark proof and Explosion proof conditions. Easy to service and maintain, the pumps are simple to work on and seals and wear rings can be replaced at ease.

SP RANGE

The SP range of self priming pumps are specifically designed for use in swimming pool applications. With unrivalled reputation for longevity in the pool environment.  SP pumps are electrically driven, self priming, centifrugal, single stage end suction and incorporate mechanical shaft sealing and an integral coarse mesh suction strainer.  Manufactured to a range of sizes to suit each and every swimming pool. 

GP RANGE

The GP self priming pump range is of single stage centifrugal design and has been used primarily for de-watering and flood irragation.  The semi open impeller, materials of construction and self priming ability allows the unit to be utilised for any application which requires unaided/unattended operation handling a wide range of fluids.  GP pumps are available with 2", 3", 4" and 6" outlet connections. 

SG / RB RANGE

Surecast have been supplying SG range of pumps since 1995, formally MSK previously supplied by JBW, Bevi-Wright and Myson pumps, the vertically mounted in-line branch single stage centifrugal pump has beenused extensively in the heating and ventilating industry. Designed primarily for clean water (chilled to120 degrees C) supply,  the product has been utilised to accelerate low viscose non aggresive fluids where space is of a premium. SG Pumps come in seven single and three twin head versions, these being 50, 65, 80, 100, 125, 150, & 200mm units and 65D, 80D & 100D nominal Bore twin head versions.

Wetted parts are normally produced in cast Iron with Bronze impeller or all bronze alternatives - stainless steel versions have also been produced to fulfil special requirements.  Pumps having in-line flanged connections, can be mounted directly into a pipeline, therefore eliminating the need for the floor mounting, therefore space saving.
